IPvaani wants to ensure that its customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not, simply return the merchandise, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days and we will either exchange the product or refund your payment. Refunds will be made for your original purchase price minus 15% restocking fee plus our shipping costs.

IPvaani will not accept requests of returning purchased equipment after 30 days. IPvaani does not take responsibility for manufacturer's warranty and will not refund purchases after 30 days.

You are responsible for the shipping cost on all exchanged/returned items. Returns require an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization Number) and send email to to obtain an RMA Number.

RMA Procedures

IPvaani will not accept any returns without a valid RMA number. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the box. IPvaani will not refund shipping or handling, or pay for return shipping. IPvaani has final right to rejection of a returned package upon inspection. All materials must be in fully sellable condition. Customer may have to pay shipping back to customer's location should IPvaani reject the return.
